Project: Pull-out test equipment with test parameter monitoring system

In autumn 2015, the Laboratory of Soil Mechanics, led by Dr. G. Gazetas, assigned to our company the implementation of the pull-out test equipment, as well as the necessary instrumentation to monitor the test parameters.

The test equipment was manufactured in a machinary shop in Athens, under our supervision, whereas its design was based in bibliographical data and the Laboratory research team's instructions. The pulling and pressurizing devices are adjusted on the basic equipment, as well as the following monitoring instruments, manufactured by Sisgeo Srl, Italy:

All instruments are connected to an OMNIA datalogger.

Project: Inspection & inclinometer measurements in bored piles in Kokkini site
Client: 3K TECHNIKI SA
Project location & date: Kokkini, March 2020

Our company was assigned taking inclinometer measurements in order to monitor the inclination of bored piles near facilities operated by the Water Supply and Sewerage Company (EYDAP SA). The measurements and diagrams were elaborated with the dedicated software into a full technical report.

The company-owned equipment used by our specialized personnel for this project was manufactrued by Sisgeo Srl, Italy:

Moreover, our well camera by Pasi Srl, Italy, was also used for the inclinometer borehole inspection.

The project was tendered as part of the operational programme "Epirus 2014-2020", regarding the development of a recording, monitoring and risk management landslide system with the application of up to date geotechnical and satelite methodologies, and it was implemented by the Engineering Geology Laboratory, Geology Department of the University of Patras.

Project: Supply & installation of automated magnet (DEX) extenxometers in mine waste disposal area

In a former mine waste disposal area, two automated magnetic extensometers were installed in depths up to 150m. Each settlement column is equipped with a stand-alone OMNIA datalogger with 3G router and solar panel for power autonomy.

In Decemder 2012, our company supplied and installed the necessary equipment for the monitoring of the landslide near Tsakona Bridge in Peloponnese. The connection of the instruments to a Data Acquisition System enables the 24-hour data retrieval and evaluation and, thus, the implementation of the Monitoring & Early Warning Plan.
